Deanna is a Registered Nurse and serves as Always Family DFW West’s Senior RN Care Coordinator where she leads the development of individualized care plans for each family and is responsible for directing the continuing education of Always Family DFW’s highly trained Care Providers. She also plays an important role in maintaining Always Family DFW’s alliances with other senior health care and service providers to ensure families have access to all the resources they need to take care of their loved one.
Brandon has over 20 years of experience in business management and industrial/organizational psychology. He manages the business operations for Always Family DFW West including Care Provider support, business development, and back-office functions. He is passionate about bringing together the unique compassion, knowledge, skills and experience of the entire Allways Family team to deliver on the promise of the Grandma Guarantee.

Brandon and Deanna Emerson are the owners of Always Family DFW West. They both possess a lifelong desire to serve and discovered a passion for senior home care in Argyle after both sets of their grandparents required specialized care as they aged. They experienced firsthand the struggles that come along when helping loved ones deal with conditions including cancer, dementia, stroke, diabetes, COPD, and the loneliness of losing a spouse.
